  • MLK Day – CLASSES STILL HELD

    Dublin & Fremont Locations

    Rachel's Ballet will still be open on MLK Day! Classes will be held as usual.

  • Mock Exam (tentative)

    Dublin & Fremont Locations

    Mock Exams (practice exams in front of parents) are planned for end of Feb / start of March, and take place in the dance studios at the usual class times (with some exceptions). Actual Mock Exam schedule is not announced until we get our RAD exam dates from the Academy.

  • RAD EXAM (estimated)

    We are requesting mid-March exam dates. The actual exam schedule will be released from the RAD in early February, and will be updated here. We do not have control over the exam dates assigned.

  • Fremont Spring Break March 13-19 (tentative)

    Studio closed Sat, March 13 - Fri, March 19 in Fremont only. Classes in Dublin as usual. (Based on Fremont USD calendar provided in May - if the district changes the dates we will update ours to match.)

  • Dublin Spring Break April 3-9 (tentative)

    Dublin Studio 7230 San Ramon Road, Dublin, CA

    Studio closed Sat, April 3 - Fri, April 9 in Dublin only. Classes in Fremont as usual. (Based on Dublin USD calendar provided in May - if the district changes the dates we will update ours to match.)

  • NO CLASSES WED-SAT Due to Showcase/tech/prep/performance

    Dublin & Fremont Locations

    Mon & Tue classes run as usual.  During Showcase prep (May 19-22 ) there are NO regular classes held at either studio. All students MUST attend required W & TH rehearsals and Sat performance during Showcase week.

  • Showcase Tech Rehearsal (warm up/ Stage blocking/Tech/costume tryout)

    Details posted on Parent Hub Showcase Tab. Tech rehearsal for all students DTL to Vocational performing in Annual Showcase. Arrive in regular class uniform.  (DTL-G2 will be dismissed @ approx. 6:15-6:30 pm). All students shall attend Showcase Rehearsal at Ohlone College instead of regular class.

  • Showcase Dress Rehearsal (warm up/blocking/tech/dress)

    Details posted on Parent Hub Showcase Tab. Dress rehearsal for all students DTL-Vocational performing in Showcase. Arrive in nude leotard with hair and makeup done. (DTL-G2 will be dismissed between 6:00-6:30 pm). All students shall attend Showcase Dress Rehearsal at Ohlone College instead of regular class.

  • Annual Showcase & Final Day

    Details for 2027 will be available on Parent Hub "Showcase Tab" by May 1.  Performance is 1:00 pm. All student performers should arrive at 11:00 am. (Teachers & helpers arrive at 10:30 am) May 22 is also the final day of the 2026-27 session. Hope to see you back this summer and fall!
